The only concern I might have is that the consultation took an hour. The people and the doctor were very helpful getting me prepared for the procedure being done. Everything went very well and I have decided to come back 4 1/2 years later, and they found my file in the basement. Dr Bsnki is the best.
Had my wisdom teeth removed here. Everything went smoothly and I felt I was in good hands the entire time.
The staff failed to inform me that I had to be present for the consultation despite a phone conversation and signing forms one hour prior to the appointment. Additionally, staff admitted, without apology that they schedule every 15 minutes though appointments can take up to 30 . I was advised I could not keep a 4:00 work commitment though my son's appointment was scheduled for 2:45 and I work up the street.
Went in to have my wisdom teeth removed 1-7-16. Paid for procedure that day in full..march 17th they send me a bill that says they made a mistake and estimated the procedure wrong and that i owe them a couple hundred dollars.. Jun 27 they send me a bigger bill from there lawyer...place is a joke!!
