Appliance staff friendly and helpful, quality products with Kenmore. End of good report. Their delivery team is the absolute worst. I bought $8,000 worth of new appliances for my apartment building and there was an issue with the measurements so we had to reorder and swap. Strangely someone called customer service the nite before my delivery and attempted to cancel my order. The next day the delivery drivers called and told us it was too much work for two men to swap the washer/dryers and set them up lol. I called customer service and they called delivery drivers supervisor who then called and bullied me over the phone saying I had to sign a waiver that if the delivery men damaged anything they would not be held responsible. I won't share my response to that. They finally finished slamming the returns off the curb on dollys leaving dents. I recorded them and emailed to corporate. I have not gotten any satisfaction from it but because of them Sears lost a good customer. Beware.

Sears doesn't need or want your money. They want you to go away. At least, that's the impression I got while standing around for 20 minutes waiting for a clerk who wasn't doing anything to get to me. He seemed to be enjoying himself quite a lot.
It was expensive, but had everything we needed!
So I took the opportunity to do some shopping on Google. Turns out that there are a number of places that offer better prices than Sears, for the same types of appliances. So I went somewhere else, saved $200, and I won't be shopping at Sears again.
EXCELLENT, EXCELLENT... I walked into the auto care section around 5pm this past Saturday. I thought I was just going to walk in and make and appointment for another day. They told they could do it on the spot. Got 4 new tires, alignment and balanced in less than an hour. I went shopping and they texted me when the car was done. It doesn't get better than that. Thank you!
