Stopped in to get a new computer and printer. I already had an idea of what i wanted for a computer so the employee who helped me let me double check that before helping me find a printer as well. He was quick with his recommendation and explained the product well. I was able to get out of there quickly and happily because of it!

I really like the selection at best buy, and the service i get. If i have a problem or issue with product, i can bring it into store for help or a refund.

Generally good. Sometimes prices are higher than Amazon, but are reasonable. I went to the Camera section to look at getting a real camera soon (but not at day of visit). The prices were on par with Amazon and others, the staff was nice and offered to help with any questions multiple times (I avoided this, but might go in and ask when I'm ready to buy), and they have floor models of just about any version you can buy. Great place for electronic purchases as they tend to offer close to Amazon prices, but you can play with the thing you might buy and get it on the spot.
