The service is very good, and the service is very consistent. The owner has clearly trained plenty of employees over the years and has them all extremely well-prepared.
I have been helped by dozens of different employees over the past several years. They are very well-trained, courteous, professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. The store is neat as a pin, super clean.
There is ALWAYS someone ready to take the next customer... an its a BUSY store. They are quick and efficient here, and that's all I need.
BEST UPS STORE I HAVE BEEN TO. I have been in this store as a regular customer well over 100 times. I have also been to MANY (perhaps 30 or 40) other UPS store locations. This is the best I have been to, hands down, no question.

I cannot begin to explain. So as I type this review its for pure public informational only and I did not want to make a scene however should have but I am the professional one. This location is private owed and you can clearly see yes they will still be in busy however. I will ensure you my experience will reach north of 8,000 people that is right with a copy and past this will be sent out to that amount of people within another organization may I mind you a very large one at that. So I had to drive to this location for a transaction I walked in waited my turn and said hello I am here for finger print. Yes I also called and said I will be a little late due to traffic as a courtesy. The women behind the counter .. And I am going to bet she is the Owner and I tell you why ! She said did you pre pay I said no I was told check or cash she then replied in a tone " I dont know who they are " pushes a laminated card towards me and said check cashier check or money order. The tone she used was as I was a child incompetent person who couldn't read. I took my deep inhale and simple said if I come back can I get this taken care of. You see you have to go on line and set and appointment for this transaction. O yes see the prior comment We dont have men working her yes she has an issue with men without question. This women simply to say Nasty very nasty disposition towards men and its clear there is a gender discrimination with her. Gets better I go to the Shaws next door "she the Nasty women that was working at the UPS store informed me to go. I waited in line at the customer service center Shaws and the women there said can I help you I said yes please I need a money order or cashier check for Shaws employee said I see you are frustrated is this for finger print at UPS I said yes and said that women is a few choice words she said yes I know see the Shaws employee knew before I even said a word that's telling you something public ?? Its not the first time regardless - I doubt they will even see this or care to in fact there will be no response from the owner or an apology . Guess what Nasty UPS lady what matters is you know how unprofessional you were and nasty and thats all that matters to me. Enjoy your day if I could give you a negative number I would. O lasty All you had to do was simple say I am sorry your were given the wrong info you can go next door and get an cashier check or money order and be somewhat professional. But you cant can you .
My transactions are basic, but I have witnessed just about every sort of shipping and other transaction imaginable, having spent so much time at this store. I'm in there 5 days a week for a good part of the year - quite a "sample size"!
I know a little about the packing and shipping business and I know a professional operation when I deal with one and this is one. We had to reach out to shipping store sight unseen to correct a shipping error we made. I could not have chosen a better resource. Jamie took ownership of what we needed to have done and completed the packing and shipping of the "pricey" auction item. We were at their mercy since we weren't there and the cost was right on our expectations. I'm glad they aren't our competitor.
