We liked the couch. We placed the order in store. Delivery was scheduled for Sunday. We received a call on Saturday saying Delivery will be between 11 & 2 PM. We were not available in that time frame. I requested delivery scheduler to offer some other time frame on Sunday. But she was very adamant about not giving other time frame. Received a call from North Attleboro store, they were happy to cancel the order but not to offer any other timeframe for delivery. It was very disappointing experience. I hope management understands this and work with customers to schedule delivery. And this is very important in the age of Amazon and Wayfair.
Ultimately I cancelled the order and decided to buy somewhere else.
Future customers: Try calling the delivery line to check before going to store to buy.
Paid in full for furniture but delivery guys came exactly at the time I said not to. I had called the previous day and said I will not be available for delivery at a specific time and the truck apparently came at that exact time. They wouldn't turn the truck around when I called right back after missing the call from their Attleboro office. And they want me to pay re-scheduling fees if this happens again. Who in this country has 3 hour window available to sit at home during a work day? Pathetic. During sales the floor guys say Tue/Thu/Sat delivery, but in actuality they only do Thu deliveries. Tue and Sat routes only when they have a number of scheduled deliveries !! Also, it is a very long wait time to talk to someone at delivery on the phone.
Had a great experience with Carlos. Bought bedroom and dining furniture from him and we really love it.
Got living room set ten months ago. Really like the look. I’ve had two service calls. One to add fill ,to plump cushions. Good as new. Second time to add to relaxed looking ottoman. Again ,good as new. They are great in customer service. They seem to just get it! Technicians are always on point. Very satisfied! As far as quality, you get what you pay for. Buyer be informed not beware.
I can't say enough great things about this store and the customer service! I purchased a bed here and had a wonderful experience. I didn't like some of the firmness of the mattress and they let me switch it out till it was the perfect one. I dealt with Beth in the Attleboro store. She was very patient and great to work with. If only everyone was this great at top notch customer service. Thank you for a great experience Beth!!! I highly recommend this store. I also wanted to include that they are not pushy like most furniture stores. The experience I would give is 10 stars it I could.
