The only staff member not "too busy" to help a customer was the little woman working in the garden section. She was friendly and helpful in spite of the pouring rain and cold. Everyone else in the store either ignored the customers or headed in a different direction when they saw a customer searching for something. Not our usual experience and very disheartening. I hope this attitude is addressed quickly so it doesn't become like the big box competitor.
Great place to get home improvement project materials. Now, glass cutting needs help. Long wait, and cut wrong twice. Bring a measuring tape with you. Lol.
Paint department was innatentive, made me and another costomer wait with no one there. When they finally came to help they had limited knowledge of the products and couldn't help me find zero VOC paint. Next time I'm going down the road to HD
Nice clean store. Everything I needed for my air compressor was available at a reasonable price.
We just need door knobs. Regular door knobs for bedroom and bathroom. Bought two last week. Had to stock their shelf for them (the ladder was there). This week they wouldn’t even check to see if they had any in stock above the shelf. Sorry that’s what I thought the button was for, to get help. If it was on the shelf I wouldn’t need your help!!!
