My agent, Ms. Wendy Jackman, interfaced with the insurer on the one and only claim I made in 45 years of coverage, striving to attain complete satisfaction for me. Although the claim was denied due to the unknown age of the damage which initiated the claim, and multiple misinterpretations of reports by the insurer, Ms. Jackman tirelessly fought on my behalf to clarify the errors and forward all materials to them in a timely fashion, preventing a threatened non-renewal when my current contract ended. Anyone to whom I have spoken in the North Attleboro office has always been patient and clear with explanations to me as to how the insurance works and what the insurer needs; they are excellent intermediaries and wonderful people to have on your side! I highly recommend this agency.
