I placed an order and they made a honest mistake and the girl was so beautiful back there n so nice she gave me free food and I didn't even have to pay for my meal can't beat that talk about nice people and having a beautiful girl working there too(think she wuz the manager
I called 3 times kept ringing. SO I ordered online. Pizza and wings showed up. I open my pizza and the cheese is burnt and crust as well. I called finally someone answered and I said I wanted another pizza. He responded and said I KNOW IT'S NOT BURNT but I will remake it and a have a great night and the hung up on me. I will be driving there shortly or in morning to get my money BACK! Terrible customer service skills and as I can see they NEVER ANSWER the PHONE!!!!!!! So my second pizza arrives and the driver/ delivery man is so nice and cool and apologetic. The Second pizza was WORSE than the first one. LOL. Go figure. What a bad day. All I want to do is eat a good fresh pizza!!!!!!!!!!!
I've ordered from this Domino's probably twice a month for the last 4 years. I think the product is excellent, they are super fast, and always nice in person if I have any issues. Food always arrives hot and the delivery people always friendly and professional. I recommend using the coupons, very easy to do online, and you save a lot of money.
This Domino's is the worst. Ordered there about 5 times now, and have yet to have a good experience. They get backed up, and will change your online order to a future time because they can't keep up. I got a delivery driver the first time that couldn't manage to add 2 dollars to the total to get an even tip, and ended up skimping her own tip. If you are brave enough to order from here expect the quoted 27-37 minutes to be more like 3 hours. Forget about walking into the place unless you want to be greeted by employees yelling about how much they hate working there. Fantastic location if you want a terrible experience.
A lot of takeout orders are done here. Not so good for eating in. The wait can be a little long so it's best to phone in your order.
