Our server was great! However, unless you like expensive, mostly fat, cold steaks, Longhorn Steakhouse probably isn't for you. The food here is AWFUL.
Saw advertisement for "Great American Steak Diner: $12.99" so we went on in. Wait staff told us the promotion was over so our meals was 30-40% more expensive. Later found out the promotion was still running! Can you say bait and switch. Shame on you!
Our waiter Evan was the best! Food and atmosphere welcoming !
My boyfriend and I always come here for special occassions; birthdays, anniversaries, etc. And tonight was by far the best experience we have had there. Our server's name was Danielle and she is absolutely wonderful! Very very friendly and engaging and seemed to really enjoy her job! It made all the difference and we will honestly go back again and specifically request her if we can because we loved her so much!
Our server was great. We had drinks and appetizers during which the roof leaked on to our table. We were moved and served dinner, the steaks were poorly cooked/cut. We were a party of three; no one at more than half of their meal. Expressed disappointment in the food quality and experience and was offered free dessert. My partner was I'll with food poisoning the four days following; maybe or maybe not tied to this dinner but I'll never return.
