Absolutely terrible, I bought a used CD here but was told it was perfectly fine, I bring it home and it doesn't even work, never come here.
They offer you a free trial rewards card and magazines and it's a scam. They will charge you $12 per month for a rewards card
BUYER Beware. Be careful when purchasing at this store. I realized that I was paying 11.99 a month unknowingly after purchasing something in store. I had been paying out of my account for months for an FYE backstage pass that I supposedly signed up for. Be careful.
Like others I was scam for a membership for a year and when I called them on it they reduced their cost to 5.99 per month. I hardly ever go to this store other than when looking for a shirt that Hot Topic may not have. Nonetheless it's not worth going to this store.
