I never write reviews and never would have given even a half of star but had to so I could write this review but after dealing with this company for a little of a year now I feel I really need to put this out there to inform people to do their research and seriously think long and hard before bringing a single thing that you hold value to, to this facility. They are the most unorganized company I have ever dealt with, always mistakes made, way over priced small units which they keep hostage from you if you make a day late payment. They are never consistent with their policies. For example, I have two units. I needed the second unit a week after renting the first. I was a day late with my payment on my first unit therefore told I couldn't enter even the second till the late fee was paid. A few months later same situation but yet I was allowed to enter the other unit. They aren't willing to work with you, all they want is for you to fall behind so they can auction off your valuables. They don't care about the customer. Even there cheap cards don't ever work at their "closely watched security back entrance" There isn't a person in that office that has a clue, they don't know their own policies or correct procedures. I don't even know when my payments are due date because it's always changing therefore always paying late fees. So my advice to anyone who even thinks of using this horrendous company find your local homeless shopping cart man living under a bridge, and offer him a few bucks to watch your belongs under his bridge. Believe me you'll be happier and less stressed out. At least you'll still have money feel less confused on where all your money has gone.
Professional & efficient. I saw a complaint about them charging too much money for storage and auctioning off your valuables. Not true. At all. Pay your bill on-time and you needn't worry. I like this U-Haul location.
Tons of trucks available at great prices and very flexible with time. Staff on hand was a little grumpy but still helpful and I was very satisfied with the cleanliness and new feel of the truck I rented. Plus I noticed they even have storage if you need it.
I told them I only needed to move a 2'x4'x5' box. They had 4 passenger style vans on the lot but rented me a moving truck! A van is cheaper to rent but I didn't see the vans until the transaction was made. This was even after going back in to correct the gas gauge level on the contract.
