I stopped at Shaws in N. Attleboro on my way to see my son, having a stem cell transplant in boston. I had created and printed a colored graphic design that I wanted copied onto a cake to celebrate the Transplant Day. I thought the process was quick, and did not know that such a cake is "special order" with minimum day's notice. The Bakery Manager, Kim, understanding my situation, and being a blood donor and marrow donor/registrant, was very kind. She dropped everything to fire up the scanner and frost a blank canvas for me. I was out of there in 20 minutes. My son thought the customized cake was awesome and many other children in the transplant ward enjoyed cake with him. Excellent customer service at the Bakery!
