In my opinion, our agent was unprofessional and emotional. He spoke poorly about us to other people in the community. We feel that this was unprofessional because as an experienced agent,he should know not to discuss clients in a negative manner with anybody. We did not appreciate the undeserved and untrue gossip. We really didn't need that on top of all the stress we were under with a difficult RE situation. We had done nothing wrong - but we were treated as if we had.
