Went to North Attelboro Ma. Applebees this year for Vetetans Day. Last year i went to Smithfield RI. Both experiences were awesome. We were treated with respect and had prompt and dignified service. I want to thank the staff for its compassion and respect you have shown to myself and my military brothers and sisters. And the choices on the menu were above and beyond. My wish is to see this review find its way to the staff of these 2 locations and use it as much deserve appreciation for a job well done. THANK YOU.
When your appetizer is too hot and your meal is too cold, you know everything got cooked at the same time. Service was lack-lustre, by the time the manager intervened it was too late. Although they gave us a credit on the bill and free deserts, the meal and experience was very disappointing. It seemed like the assistant manager spent most of his night apologising while the general manager thought that the best thing to do was host and seat everyone. Instead of putting out the fires, find ways to avoid them.
I love to come here with a friend and get the 2 for $20.00 meals with a salad. It's a regular place we go to for any occasion and it always so great. Food, prices, service, atmosphere make me smile!
Food easy great. Not super busy because of the snow. It was nice.
