MANAGER WAS NOT AVAILABLE TO GIVE ME MY PURCHASE THAT WAS ORDERED BECAUSE THE SIZE I NEEDED WAS NOT IN STOCK. THE EMPLOYEE I SPOKE TO TOLD ME THAT HE COULD NOT FIND MY MERCHANDISE IN BACK OF STORE AND WOULD SEND A MESSAGE TO MANAGER SO THAT HE WOULD RETURN MY CALL AS TO WHEN AND WHERE IS MY MERCHANDISE. NO CALL WAS EVER MADE OR RECEIVED.
Worst customer service ever, employees dont bother help out customers , they didn't even try to find my size. Well your lost ... I spend my money somewhere else.
PRIOR TO CALLING STORE ABOUT MERCHANDISE, I CALLED TRACKING SERVICE AND THEY CONFIRMED DELIVERY WAS MADE TO THE STORE TWO DAYS PRIOR. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
