Dr. O'Shea and Megan, both are very caring and thoroughly knowledgeable. Every visit is always a positive experience. - Thank You for caring for my fur babies

NOTE: i was a huge supporter of this hospital until what appears to be this change that happened. Now that they are corporate they are not an animal hospital. They are a "welness center" and they don't follow up with the pets.

During my last visit they scheduled my next appointment for a day before my insurance is set to expire. I show up to that appointment Saturday and I was a few minutes late. They tell me they couldn't take me but my insurance is still good for me to come back on Monday as a drop off. I show up on Monday and they confirm the same information and go over the list of shots my dog is getting. I get to work and I get a call a few hours later saying that they made a mistake and my insurance actually expired on Sunday and that I needed to pay for the visit out of pocket. They were very rude and disrespectful. Why was I given an appointment for shots the day before the insurance expires and they make a mistake telling me to go back Monday and I'd be covered and that was not accurate information. I feel like things are done in an intentional manner to get people to pay more money. I will never return. This place is a scam.

Witnessed a tech dragging a dog by its neck across the waiting area and down the hall. It was a tiny puppy, which she easily could have picked up. 2:10 pm today. No one would treat my dog that way. I was considering Banfield, but now will let my friends know that this is the type of treatment they can expect.

update: so the hospital knows that my animal had passed proceeded to pass me paperwork with things highlighted on it that basically states that i killed my cat.

AVOID AVOID AVOID..... this vet has moved from a privately owned company to corporate owned.... since this happened you can't get a visit outside of your wellness visit. I have pulled my cats out of this very and rightfully so.... Come to find out my cat has been in stage 1 of kidney failure since 2013 and has only progressed without any other records of things happening to her.

AVOID if you want your animals to live!

there was a vet visit in may 2016 and a follow up in november 2016 there was no mention of additional blood work or special food or anything along those lines. they put these statements in their notes but never indicated them to me. avoid avoid avoid.

I hada Great experience here! I have a kitten who is on , one of the Pet Care plans and another who is about a year. They love going to the vet! Dr. Lylie and Megan were so great, they answered all of our questions , were so sweet to our cats! Thank you for helping us make sure our little guys are well cared for!

In all honesty Banfields LACK of acting and putting her on kidney food and proper fluids has now put a death sentence on my cat.
