The staff there is always so friendly and helpful. I just bought a cat tree for my Two Kitties and had a silly question on pricing and one of the girls was so helpful and stayed with me through all of the questions. It's people like her that make me keep going back to the same store. I live nowhere near the North Attleboro store but I'll travel because of the service I just received
I will not be back. Nice people work there. But corporate is a problem. They send you lots of coupons then when you try to use them ... Sorry! These don't apply to what you're buying. I haven't found anything I need they do apply to. Pure bait and switch. Not again.
