George, Alex and the team of mechanics here at Advanced Auto are fair and reasonable. I have had all my cars serviced here for the last few years and have ALWAYS come away happy. The job is done right the first time! Although initially I shopped around for prices, no longer, they do the job at the best price and are trustworthy.
I purchased a 2008 Toyota Prius here. Love the car, had a good buying experience. Come to find out the tire pressure sensor is broken. Okay, I am a little annoyed but it's only $150 bucks. Then I get a flat tire. Not only do I have the wrong spare tire in my car, I don't have the lug nuts for it. So I am screwed and instead of an easy do it yourself tire replacement, I am out $700 bucks for a tow, new tire, and new lug nuts. BE CAREFUL BUYING FROM HERE!!!!! MAKE SURE THEY GIVE YOU EVERYTHING!!! Do not know what happened to the spare tire and lug nuts that were supposed to be in my car but I did not receive them. Will not be doing business with these people again.
George was by far the most nice and professional person ive dealt with in terms of a mechanic. Nice guy great work quick and easy.
My wife and I recently moved to the area and needs a car. We did our research and went to advanced. George and Alex were very kind, low pressure, and extremely helpful in buying a new car. They helped with paperwork. There were some minor electrical issues after we bought the car, but they were really helpful and fixed them free of cost. Very happy with them.
I bought a 2500 civic from Alex and George there are really nice guys they help me with everything I needed the car after I bought it had minor issues with it but I came back to them in you know they fixed it would no cost to me They were very courteous ....I know with Buying a used car there is always issues with the car even the mechanics wouldn't know Till it happens after all it's used car .....Anyway I come down here for my oil changes and everything I need for my car repair and there always reasonable and very helpful and courteous .........
