Sarah Hogan was very knowledgeable about the van and its features. She took time explaining them to us. She listened carefully to my needs and concerns and took care of them. She was also very efficient with all the paperwork and explained it thoroughly before we signed it. She responded to my phone calls quickly and efficiently.

My Bruno seat stopped working as we tried to get in the car. I called MobilityWorks. Within an hour they were at my house to assess the problem. The technician found the problem, contacted the manufacturer and got the part ordered. I dropped the car off after hours and by 2PM the next afternoon the seat was fixed and returned to me. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of handicap equipment!

We have been using Ride-Away for service on our converted Honda since we moved here 3 years ago. I cannot say enough great things about Lee and his team in the service department. They are straight forward, helpful and accommodating. They have always stood behind their work and will always remedy issues if they are not quite right. We will continue to use them and probably buy our next vehicle from them despite the 1.5 hour drive.
