Love, love, love working with Lisa in service!!! She has been AMAZING at being able to help out whenever there is an issue! She has gone above and beyond to accommodate my busy work schedule in order for my vehicle to get serviced whenever necessary. Lisa is caring, compassionate, honest, knowledgeable, and professional. I couldn't ask for more, or be more pleased with the service I receive from her at every visit, she is my go-to Girl!!!
Love coming here for the good service, and right across route 1 are some quiet roads to walk, and a lake and beach area to hang out at if repairs take a while. Also a Honey Dew and Stop and Shop next door. No need to be stuck in a small waiting area with nothing to do.
Unfortunately, the Sonata has an annoying/intermittent squeak when going over bumps. They lubricated the bushings and I was on my way. Yep, the squeak has returned. Need to get this resolved.
Happened to stop by looking for a replacement for my vehicle. Found a vehicle, that was almost exactly what I had previously. A couple of differences, but nothing of consequence.
I've always been reluctant to take a car to a big dealership for service. Now, after 3 amazing experiences with First Hyundai, I realize how wrong I've been all my life! The people could not have been more friendly, professional and caring. Booking the car in was easy. The service was performed quickly and expertly, and at a very fair cost. The waiting area was comfortable, and I was kept informed as to the progress of the repairs. They proactively did all recall and TSB (Technical Service Bulletin) work at no charge! They even provided a complimentary loaner vehicle when the planned service was to take a while. Under the care of First Hyundai, I'm confident I will get many more years of service out of my "new" used car. Looking ahead, I know where I'll look first for my next car.
Had my Sonata serviced for first time. Worked with Tiffany, she was very nice and let me know exactly what the service would involve. As promised with purchase, the first appointment was covered at no cost as part of their lifetime package. Well done.
My one issue is that the day I picked up the vehicle, I thought everything was set. As it turns out, the insurance paperwork hadn't been filed, so I was driving around with no insurance for the first day I had the vehicle, until I discovered this and called my insurance company to correct the issue.
