I went to Elie Jewelers because a ton of people keep bringing up how amazing their service is, the high quality they provide, and the best competitive prices. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with respect. My girlfriend originally wanted a ring she searched online from another store (in the same mall) Elie Jewelers custom made it very similar with more designs and better diamond quality for a LESSER PRICE!!! Now I know why they're so well known. My purchase came with a free lifetime warranty! FREE- any other store was trying to make me purchase into their warranty programs that have so many loop holes. They have a professional jeweler on site at all times. The store is in a prime location on the first floor and its absolutely gorgeous, You guys are the best thank you so much.
Sammy and kelvin have great customer service. They are very professional with their craft. I wanted a custom ring made with diamonds within a short amount of time and they were able to exceed my expectations. Not only was the ring made on time but it was high quality at a very reasonable price. My family members always shop for jewelry here and I can see why they keep returning. I will not buy jewelry from anywhere else from my experience.
Shopped around everywhere for wedding bands and figured I would try Elie Jewelers and they were the best price around and the staff couldn't be more helpful. Other stores you have to wait weeks for sizing. Sammy was able to do it in a couple of days. I wish I went through Elie Jewelers for the engagement ring.
